With nexPortal, a workspace builds its own user portal. The portal manager puts pages together from blocks and publishes them. The portal reads offers, product passports and onboarding live from the other nexHub services.
Build and publish a portal
Open the builder and sign in. You need the role portal:manager.
Select a page on the left. The center shows the blocks of this page.
Change the texts in the fields DE and EN. Both languages are required.
Click "+ Add block" to add a block. Use ↑ and ↓ to change the order.
Under "Theme and logo", set colors, portal name and an optional logo URL.
Click "Preview". A new tab shows the draft with a yellow note.
Enter a version note and click "Publish". The public portal shows the new version immediately.
If you need an older version, click "Make live" next to that version.
Typical errors
"Not saved": a required field is missing or an address is not valid. The message names the field. Correct it and save again.
A block shows "DEMO": the service does not supply data yet or is not available. The portal then shows marked sample data.
The preview shows 404: your sign-in expired. Sign in again.
